DO I PAY FOR SHIPPING?

Yes, the customer pays for shipping. It is calculated at checkout. Four Visions is not responsible for any shipment charges including shipment on returns and exchanges.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?

Yes, we ship internationally. Internationally Shipping usually takes 14-21 days.

We ship via UPS International which includes global tracking and the service can be as quick as one week or as long as three weeks. Please know that shipments outside the United States may be subject to import charges, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Four Visions ships your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you the customer in order for your package to clear customs. Each country has their own unique guidelines & regulations and it is up to the customer to investigate and take the required follow-up measurements to contact their local postal service and follow the necessary steps in order for their package to be released, should there be a hold placed on the shipment.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

We offer a 100% store credit or FULL refund in the first 14 days after you have received your order. Please contact us at [email protected] within 45 days of receiving your product to be eligible for a refund. After 45 days we are happy to offer you a 100% store credit.

HOW CAN I WASH MY BAG/ARTISAN TEXTILES?

Hand wash your Wayuu and Arhuaca bags in cold water. Arhuaca (wool bags) can be put in the dryer or air dried. Wayuu (cotton bags) should be air dried. Arhuaca ponchos should be dry cleaned or handwashed in cold water.

CAN MY BRACELETS GET WET?

Yes. You can wear them in water. Some people choose to keep their bracelets on all the time, others just for ceremony/ritual/special events. Tune into how your power piece is asking to be worked with at this time.

DO I NEED TO REFRIGERATE MY MEDICINES?

All plant tinctures EXCEPT the Ambi Sacha should be kept in a cool, dry, dark place. The Ambi Sacha tincture should be refrigerated. All sananga MUST be refrigerated and should not be kept out of the fridge for more than 48 hours. All hapé, ambil, mambé, & herbal baths/steams, & teas should be stored in a cool dark place where moisture can not enter.

ARE THERE ANY CONTRAINDICATIONS TO YOUR PLANT TINCTURES & MICRODOSES?

All of our plant tinctures including our Yagé Microdose are safe for most people and don’t have any conflicts with western medication. If you are pregnant, please consult your Doctor before taking any of the internal plant supplements.

DOES THE HAPÉ CONTAIN NICOTINE OR ADDICTIVE QUALITIES?

While there are small amounts of nicotine in our hapé medicines as in all tobacco, these tobaccos are cultivated & grown in prayer in reverence for the Earth, in small batches without the cash crop effects of mainstream GMO tobacco. That being said, it is important to always work with these medicines in reverence & humility and in prayer. Doing so and working with them in the right way will reduce all addictive tendencies and support you with being aligned with the spirits of the plants. DO YOU SELL MAMBÉ?

We do not sell Mambé.

WHERE IS YOUR WAREHOUSE? DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

Our warehouse is located in Nevada County, Northern California. We do not have a physical store available yet. We may be able to arrange local pick up for your order if you live in the area. Contact us for more details.
